Delivery Info

WFC Truck

Please read the following information carefully. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact me.

  • Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday. Your chocolate delivery will usually arrive before 3:00pm.
  • Notify the front desk staff, or whomever the driver is likely to first encounter, that a chocolate delivery will be taking place. Make sure they have your contact information so they can let you know when the order arrives.

  • Someone will have to count, inspect and sign the bill of lading accepting the delivery.  If you are not going to be at school or have to step out, make sure someone can take your place receiving the delivery.
  • If you find your order is short, please note it on the bill of lading, scan (or take a picture) and send to me so I can get the cases replaced or credited.
  • If you find damaged cases, again, note it on the bill of lading, scan (or take a picture) and send to me so I can get the cases replaced or credited.
  • Occasionally there are delays since many things can happen along the way (e.g. traffic jams, mechanical issues, truck being held up at the unloading dock for earlier deliveries, etc.)
  • I request inside delivery for your order, which means 10 feet inside the building. If your driver arrives and refuses to provide this service, please call me immediately.  If I do not answer, you can contact our customer service department at 1-877-469-8426.
  • Recruit volunteers as necessary to move the chocolate into its final storage area. Carts are indispensable, and gloves are recommended.

  • Choose a chocolate storage area that is dry, cool, secure, and free of pests and odors.

Good luck with your fundraiser. As always, let me know if you need any help!
